Join us on the early Thursday of every month, for our Jazz & Dinner night,( the dates are cofirmed below as dates do clash ie Easter,The Norfolk Show, functions etc) . Tuck into our specially created menu and enjoy live jazz.

Round One:-
Cream of Broccoli Soup with toasted flaked almonds
Goats cheese brulee with vegetable crudities & toasted onion marmalade croutes
Homemade Cured Salmon Fillet served with new potatoes bound in a lemon & dill dressing
Local Game Fondue - local game in a whiskey & stilton sauce...served warm with salad & cranberry toasties
Devilled Seafood - salmon, cod, smoked haddock, & prawns in a spiced cream broth ...served with a puff pastry casket.
Round Two:-
THE SORBET - just to slow things down ( new chef on work experience)
Round Three:-
Curried Braised Pork Steak - with caramelised onion & apple mustard mash
Local Duck Breast - with a stir fry of mange tout, carrots & spring onions served with Jack Daniels & black cherry sauce
Monkfish Wrapped in Parma Ham - served with caper & anchovy potato cake plus a pea puree
Pepper Crusted Tuna Steak - served with a fruits of the sea risotto topped with shaved parmesan
Slow Roasted Lamb & Feta - chunks of lamb with feta cheese ..served on crushed new potatoes with a red wine, mint pan gravy
